Ball screw is the most commonly used driving element in tool machinery and precision machinery. Firstly, the reason for the noise processing of the silver ball screw is analyzed as follows:

(1) poor lubrication or internal nut impurities;

(2) ball, nut internal raceway or screw raceway damage;

(3) poor installation;

(4) screw concentricity or round skipping big or screw bending;

In many cases, it is necessary for the manufacturer to provide the lead screw after special processing as required by the user. Therefore, it is often necessary for the user to attach the lead screw processing drawings when ordering.In order to ensure the performance of the ball screw mechanism, and to facilitate the user to carry out the necessary secondary processing, generally only the effective screw part of the quenching heat treatment, the rest of the screw parts can still be machined.
